Hi Peter, thank you for your order and for your feedback. Our sales manager has looked into this for you and has been informed that your IBC shall be delivered to you by Monday.
Although this is longer than usual for us to complete delivery, this is within our advertised lead time. This extended lead time has sadly been caused by a national shortage of reconditioned IBCs and despite our best efforts we are unable to source them as quickly.

The lead time on the IBC you ordered is 10-15 working days (as per the product listing on our website). As your order with us was placed on 27/06 we can see that we've still got plenty of time to deliver it to you within the specified time.
We're happy to hear that the adaptors have already arrived for you. They are sent from a different location.
