“We inadvertently ordered the wrong size of these panels so I spoke to Jupiter Blue and they changed them and gave a full refund for the originals (less only return carriage). Excellent stuff!”

“Received item as promised, however it had a fault that must have occurred before it was packaged. After a phone call to report it a replacement came the very next day. Brilliant service - worthy of the 5 stars.”

“Next day delivery as promised. On looking a the panel it seemed a bit flimsy, but once fitted it worked fine, if a little stiff. Nice and sleek it blends into the ceiling. Would recommend.”

“Excellent service, received my order the very next day as promised. The Panel is sleek but after fitting, it is hard to open, despite pulling with the key. Note from Jupiter Blue: Yes, you'll need to use a flat blade screw driver or similar to aid opening the door.”
