“Ordered a panel then they called a few days later to ask if the order was correct as the hinges were on the shirt side, as I was busy out on site I said oh sorry change it. The order came and the hinges were on the long side and when I got to site I realised they should have been on the short side unusually. So I'm left with a £600 unusable access panel. Moral of the story always go back and check before agreeing to change so.ething because the manufacturer thinks it a strange design!!!!”
