“Arrived separately from the hatch and a few days later. Was very straight forward to install. Just make sure if you have a chipboard floor in the loft, you reinforce it with a nice thick piece of plywood for fixing the ladder to...as in the video....and do reference the video on the website rather than the paper instructions that come with it - they cover several different models and are indicipherable!”

“This ladder has made it so much safer to access the loft. The instructions provided were eay to follow, as was the video tutorial on the website. We had to make a slight height adjustment to the floor it was sitting so that it cleared the loft hatch when extended.”

“very flimsy ladder which is far from sturdy, also support arm does not hold the ladder striaght when trying to raise.”
