“V quick delivery then installed by our DIY man; fits perfectly. Due to lack of space in our gang-nailed roof space, the spring system wasn’t installed but hasn’t caused any operational issues”

“Perfect fit please read the instructions to get it correct, our were the perfect length, a little bit steep but we did have the room for a longer length, so great for us.”

“Overall really pleased with this ladder, odering and delivery were spot on, it was very easy to install and operates perfectly. The only thing stopping a 5 star review is that the ladder side frames had a number of dents and scratches in the aluminium when I received it. The external and internal packaging was still OK, so I guess this was done at the factory during manufacture. Doesn't affect its operation at all its more an asthetic issue but the ladder will be hidden away in the loft most of the time so I wasn't too bothered.”
