“First one arrived quickly, two bent corners, replaced, second one bent corner, replaced third one fine in good order. Service was very good. Packaging seemed good, but somehow the item was getting damaged. Jupiter Blue were very polite easy to deal with and quick to replace with no charges or difficulties.”

“Loft hatch is extremely good for the price and looks great compared to the plastic ones. First one arrived damaged in transit and Jupiter Blue were great at sending out a replacement on a day that suited me. Would definitely recommend.”
