“Delivered without a full seal. No response when informing the company. A bit poor really. Fitted easy enough as i use seal from elsewhere, but should not have to.”

“Great service & fast delivery The loft hatch is constructed of a light material , which fits inside the old hatch frame then screws to sides There is a small gap between wood and the side of frame . For extra protection I filled with expandable foam. Do not over screw hatch frame to side as this pulls it out of line which stop the hatch from closing snug. We have already noticed the room is now holding the heat in much better than before so no more heating the loft. I would be happy to recommend this product.”

“Good quality and very easy to fit - 8 screws. (That's assuming the opening in your ceiling is correctly sized, of course.) Would definitely buy again.”

“Ordered loft hatch from this company. Our fault we measured it wrong. However it had a dimple in the middle of it, so was not perfect/ damaged. Contacted them, explained the wrong size and the problem with the not perfect hatch. They said you need to PAY to send it back. £24 We paid to send it back. The website says if its faulty they will pay the postage. OH NO THEY WONT. They sent an email back to advice in production the bubble happens??? Well we were then purchasing a product that was imperfect. They refused to pay the postage. Would we buy from then again, Never. Just letting future customers know.”

Hi Paul, Thank you for your comments. Regarding the dimple in the middle of the loft hatch, this mark is the injection moulding point.
