“A really basic hatch with the same old polystyrene 'insulation' that was already in pieces when I opened the box. Added to this, once in place the lid doesn't fit and would need to pay someone to remove it and fit another one. The latch is loose and one has to actually keep it in place the pole otherwise it just flops in to the locked position but is a bto close. I have checked all the measurements and adjusted screws, got out a spirit level but there seems to be no cure for this poor quality loft hatch.”

We're glad to hear that it wasn't too heavy when it came to lifting it and that it fitted perfectly. You'll also find that once fixed in place the ceiling and loft opening brace the frame and this adds a surprising amount of rigidity.

“Fab loft ladder, I fitted this with no problem at all, the only thing I would say is it would of been nice to have screws supplied. But a fab door, easy to fit & looks clean, fresh & so much better than the wooden one there. five stars & more for this. Delivery was super quick too.”
