“Probably meant to be straight but it arrived a bit bent. Works OK I suppose but I don't find the attachment on the end very useful.”

Thank you for your review, yes the pole is straight when it leave us. Unfortunatley on occasions they get damaged in transit. Ordinarily we request any damages are reported at the time of delivery but if you send details to us we'll send a replacement.
