“Probably meant to be straight but it arrived a bit bent. Works OK I suppose but I don't find the attachment on the end very useful.”

Thank you for your review, yes the pole is straight when it leave us. Unfortunatley on occasions they get damaged in transit. Ordinarily we request any damages are reported at the time of delivery but if you send details to us we'll send a replacement.

“I was very pleased to have found a pole that locks in with our trapdoor fitting to be able to open it easily”

“This is a good loft ladder pole - works well on our particular set-up, hooking up well with our ladder and not flexing when pulled. Recommended.”

“Pole does exactly what it's supposed to do, opens the hatch and is a good length. Service from Jupiter Blue was fantastic - delivered less than 24 hours after ordering. Brilliant”
