“Hello, My husband purchased navy swede gloves from your store for my Christmas. I am very disappointed to say they have already got holes in the litte finger and one of the buttons has fallen off. I am very careful with how I treat my gloves and this new pair was to replace a pair of swede gloves I'd used daily (in the winter) for 13 years- and was only just starting to frey at the seams.
Is this common with the quality of your gloves? If this will happen again I'd like a refund as I am not satisfied with the quality of the product. If you believe this is an exceptional circumstance and very unlikely to happen again I would like a replacement pair of gloves please. Very happy to provide photographs etc.
