“Good colour range of ties and I like the options of matching and contrasting pocket square e.g. floral similar colours. I bought a tie set and it was beautifully presented, soft silky tie and good quality. Only issue was it took 2 weeks to arrive and probably would have taken longer if I didnt contact and ask why I hadn't received it after 10 days when I was told a tie pin was out of stock so they hadnt dispatched it yet. I would have preferred to be informed earlier that this was out of stock so I could ask they send the rest of my order as I would have preferred it delivered in time for my anniversary. This is important if people are buying for weddings/special events on a time limit. The company could just keep buyers a bit more informed of their order/availability to keep customers happy. They did send it out 48hour tracked once I emailed to ask where it was but it was a bank holiday weekend so still took 4 more days.”
