“Very disappointed with the customer service. Ordered all the way from New Zealand and expected shipping to take a while. When I finally got my parcel there was one single powder puff in there (I ordered a 4 pack as an extra). I messaged them advising them of the issue and because the shipping was so expensive and I read about their blush in the meantime I asked if I could purchase the blush and they could send it in the same parcel to save the shipping I got told a blunt “no their not in stock” after getting just getting a newsletter “our blush is back in stock” so I waited about 2 months for my order with no courtesy whatsoever. Product ok but doesn’t live up to the hype and with that kind of customer service I won’t order again.”
“Excellent product - the pressed powder matching loose is brilliant. It's finely milled so sets my makeup to perfection. I touch up during the day with it aswell, but only once or twice. I have oily skin and other powders haven't done the job so well but I love this product.”
