Attended SPIN selling between 12-14th April 2016. A relative novice into the world of sales I found this course to be brilliant. Loved understanding how the model can be used, huget relevance and potential impact on the way I apprach sales in the future. Facilitator has excellent subject matter knowledge and provided an environment that was challenging and supportive. Would definately reccommend this course.

I found the SPIN Selling Programme quite useful and would recommend this to my colleagues. The training had good hands-on practice via Role-plays. Mike was quite professional and patient and answered all the questions and scenarios discussed during the course.

The underpinning theory and models were excellent and very useful. Surprised that with two presenters that it was tag teaching rather than collaborative- for example why would participants need to sit and watch a presenter writing up the notes onto a flip chart when one presenter could have interacted with participants whilst the co presenter was noting to the flipchart. Overall we spent too long watching someone write on flipchart paper? Could these not be pre printed and wipeable for the main tasks.Could participants be involved in capturing ideas? Presenter questioning did not reflect SPIN- instead were very closed and we had to guess what was in the presenter head.
