“It was a great learning experience and would recommend anyone in sales, experienced or not, to do a course. Tony is a great trainer with great experience, confidence, delivery and kept control over the group, when everyone would talk amongst themselves. When planning roleplays, performing and reviewing, this was done in public areas of the hotel, which is not ideal, due to background noise and distractions and increased on the time these tasks would take, so the 3 days could have been two for the same content.”
