A good two days - lots to learn and the more practice we do (with clients) the better our results will be. It would have been good to have been able to spend more time trying to relate it more to our business - we did do this during the course of the two days but could have done more to really help embed the questioning as it applies to our organisation. We will be reviewing our sales processes and activities to reflect SPIN which will help it become learned behaviour for us all.

The course covers many aspects of making a sale, but not negotiation. It will help to have a short introduction to it. I have been told that there is a course dedicated to negotiation, a short intro will help in advertising for other courses.

We had the two day SPIN course, partly as a refresher for some of the team, partly to bring SPIN to some newer team members. The course was excellent- both the delivery of the methodology by elearning first (which got us all to a level understanding and using some of the language before the training) and also then down to the practical role plays and interactive delivery. It's hopefully steered us down a more productive path; it's up to us now to use the tools and skills and weave them into our every day. We have been impressed by the attention to detail of the Huthwaite team at every stage, and have been well looked after.

The course was well structured. Trevor and Peggy did a great job in teaching SPIN step by step and kept us happy and motivated throughout the 3 days. The incremental complexity of roleplays reflected in how well it went on the last day. The concept gives a great structure for asking questions to get to a sale. Really great content to the course and the trainer delivered the topics in a relatable and clear way. It was a lot of information to take in but Claire's patience and in depth knowledge of the information really helped to establish the concepts. Thanks.

I found the course very useful and educational. It was nicely structured and Claire the course instructor was the best we could have wished for. So knowledgeable and experienced, with a great delivery.
