“This is not well blended, there are lumps of white powder. My dogs aren't very keen either.”

Hi Kathy, so the colour/consistency and smell of the products can change from batch to batch, this is due to weather conditions like the amount of sun/rain we get, the seasons throughout the year etc so it is normal that some batches may be more powder-like and other times they can be more coarse in consistency. Please do get in touch with some photos of the products though and i can have a look at them to see if there are any genuine errors with the products and we can get them replaced if needed :) xx

“I ordered this for a dog recovering from a Gastro enteritis and have only been feeding it for a week so although I can't comment on any long term effect I can say that she accepts it well when it's mixed in her food and doesn't seem to be feeling uncomfortable after eating any longer. I was very impressed with the delivery time and the product is of excellent quality.”
