IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“I love the convenience and ease of using IQ Go. The data speeds have been excellent and it’s been brilliant to use when out and about in our Motorhome. I was disappointed when my data suddenly ran out after just a few days and when I went to buy an add on I realised just how expensive it would be to stay on line for another few days. I hopelessly underestimated how much data I would need and that’s on me. 30 Gig goes nowhere when you’re streaming Clarkson’s farm on Amazon Prime. The maximum allowance available is 100 Gig which would be an option when the current month contract runs out. I really think I need something unlimited so I have the security of knowing that when I go on holiday I am totally covered. Hopefully this is something that IQ Go will offer in the future.”

“I’m suprised how fast the data is used up. In a portable modem. No streaming was used just use for internet search and email and what’s app calls. Won’t be buying theses packages again. My current mobile phone provider gives me 25 gb. Will use that from now on.”

“Very disappointed it took 48 hours for data to become available. No very good when it is data for wifi in motorhome and we had arrived home when it appeared. Have sent an email to question, not even had a response after a week. Again very disappointed. Will probably try to look for alternatives.”

“We ran out of Data whilst away over the weekend on our MiFi device in Motorhome. A quick email the IQ had us up and running in less than 15mins. Excellent customer service as always. Would highly recommend especially if your a bit of a technophobe like me.”

“Currently in Europe, really fed up that I can no longer purchase and use 100gb of data in Europe as previously . I understand the fair use policy but feel companies as yourself should be lobbying the government to arrange a better fair use policy . 25gb is nothing when you are in Europe for several weeks and the 10 gb add-on is very costly at £14 . If you can come up with nothing better I’m afraid I will need to look elsewhere for a better deal which is a shame as have been using your service since the policy was warehoused . Yours a get frustrated user .”
