IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“So far my experience with the company has been very good from the time I placed my order to the delivery of the sim card the next day. The port of my old number was completed within 12 hours along with good communication, and with no issues with the signal at all.”

“I found the staff helpful but the signal shockingly poor, even in areas that are meant to have good coverage. I have also found even with 3 bars of signal I am unable to make or receive calls. Major city’s still poor, disappointing as my friends on EE don’t have the issues I’m having.”
