In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

I've been asked twice now by email to write a review. I can't really write a proper review because I haven't activated my sim yet. What I can say so far is that the sim arrived ok and an enquiry I made to IQmobile using their email "ask a question" was answered after a few days which was also ok. I'm hoping that all will be ok or very good when I do activate my sim and I'll update my review then.

Fantastic value for money, the data sim was just what we needed for our purpose. ordered on line & the sim was delivered the next day just in time for us as we were travelling abroad in our Motorhome, where the data sim was going to be used. Had to get help from the team to activate it as we were in Spain, sent an email and it was sorted within hours what more could you ask for. So far so good currently in to our fourth week & no problems.

Working great in our mifi in the motorhome. Had a few problems to start with as new to using a mifi but the support on what’s app was amazing!! You won’t get that with the larger corporations. Really recommend and great value and you can tether devices so spot on. Great product - thanks

Traded up to a 3 monthly contract with a rollover 1 month renewal. Have travelled through France, Spain and Portugal for 3 months and couldn’t fault IQ Mobile service was 95%of the time, so more than happy. Great service, great price and great customer service.

Went for IQ because we spent around 4 months in Europe and needed reliable sim for WiFi unit. Have only used in uk so far but no problems and friends in Europe who recommended IQ are having no problem

1. Security mechanisms not working properly. After being blocked due to supposedly using up my 100GB over 4 days (extremely unlikely, especially with the slow connection I'm getting), I could only check my usage after getting a code via SMS. When trying to do that I'm only getting errors, like "There is an active authentication token for this sim card.". 2. Problematic process of activating the sim. Somehow we got it running only after some time talking with Customer Service. 3. Slow responses from Customer Service. 4. For the supposedly best coverage in the UK, it's surprising that I'm getting much slower connections than from the provider I moved from. Regretting that now. 5. Info about data usage not very clear, I couldn't even figure out how much data left I had till the end of the on-going 1-month period. That's when I could check that. I can't do that any more, once data run out.
