“I’ve been having this hay since November 2022 and in the 14 months of having this subscription, I’ve been happy. We left another hay brand due to being sent brown small strands of hay that my rabbits wouldn’t eat. I was saddened to see that our January 2024 subscription was delivered and it wasn’t as green as usual. The strands aren’t as big as usual and my rabbits wouldn’t touch it.”

We were subscribed to Hay-Box for over a year however they recently changed their manufacturing process and the quality of their hay has plummeted! So we switched to The Happy Hay Co. and we’re sticking with them!

Sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your purchase. Hay is a natural product and as such some variety is to be expected, we do however, always replace anything that falls below our usual high standards.
