Heavy duty rotationally moulded barrel and child safety lid.
Drain off tap included and a hole with screw fitting is in the barrel for it to be attached (the tap is transported cellotaped to the underside of the lid). A cut out section for a down pipe is indicated on the inside of the lid, but is not pre-drilled. If you wish to use a diverter kit, you would need to drill a hole where you require it, into the side of the barrel.
