“Excellent product at a great price. The product came in a Hozelock package and contained all the necessary instructions and items such as screws, rawl plugs etc. for fitting onto the wall. The instructions were excellent and it was very easy to fit onto the wall. The Hozelock reel comes with a separate attachment (a hose runner guide - controls the hose as it is removed from the reel and run back to the reel). One thing that I was not aware of was that the instructions give specific location and dimensions for how far this is to be fitted from the reel itself. Unfortunately, the location of where I needed to fit the reel (near to the outside tap), did not have sufficient space to meet fitting the runner guide according to the recommended dimensions so I had to fit the runner guide where there was appropriate space. Having tested removing and reeling back the hose, this seems to work ok.”
