“When I unpacked the propergator, I was amazed and disappointed with the scruffy condition it was in. The label on the item was peeling off, there were scratches on the base unit, the lids didn't fit and the whole thing was covered in dust and looked as if it been knocking around their warehouse for years. When I buy something I would like to think Its in perfect condition and it's in clean and tidy condition When I contacted them they offered a very small discount for me to keep it, which I rejected. Had they increased the discount to a realistic figure for its condition I would have keep it. In the end I decided to return which cost me. As a gesture of good will, they could have paid for the return. They said the item worked and it was not faulty so I had to pay for the return. although the sales staff pleasant, the management above and warehouse staff have no comprehension of what good customer service is and how to deal with customers with complaints.Will I use them again? - lets see how long the refund takes.”
