“Having recently purchased a sling I was concerned to receive it of an unexpected length. I understood circular slings were offered using the industry standard of EFL. The item arrived for me to find the length was half the length expected as the supplier did not use the EFL standard. I contacted the supplier and although they agreed to accept a return they refused to refund the high delivery charge and expected any customer to accept a 20% restocking charge. The sling itself is of good quality. I wish that I could say the same about the supplier.”

Hi John, The Effective Working Length of the sling is 0.6m as it states it is a 1.2m round sling. We apologise that this was not stated clearly on the web page, and we will update this. Our returns policy states that a 20% restocking fee will be charged for goods returned to us. This does not include the delivery fee. We did offer to provide you with the 2.4m round sling, which would have suited your application needs. Again, we apologise it was not made clear on the website, and we will have this rectified on our web page. Thanks, Callum
