Grape: 100% Chardonnay, fermented in new oak barrels.
A sweet white wine. With a complex nose of preserved pineapple, apricot, quince, orange peel and rosemary honey. Classical barrel-ageing notes of vanilla, fresh-toasted almonds and dried figs.
Food Match: Why not try with tinned sardines, fresh foie, caviar, foie gras pâté, quince jelly and Spanish Turrón (a typical Spanish Christmas sweet).
