Grape variety: a blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Garnacha Blanca grapes. All organically grown & hand picked.
Straw gold in colour, clean and bright. Intense, fine, aromas suggestive of ripe fruit, flowers and exotic fruits with hints of citrus. This wine is fresh and vibrant with a slight sharpness whilst being easy on the palate due to its agreeable balance of acidity and fruitiness.
Ready to drink now, this wine is a great accompaniment to both creamy Chicken dishes and Shellfish.
