100% Pinot Noir, lightly oaked.
Bright garnet in colour. Perfumed nose of fresh cherries, cinnamon and allspice with savoury undertones. Spicy tannins are matched with pure crushed red berries and dried herbs on the palate. Persistent flavours of tamarillo lead onto a lingering dry mineral finish. An excellent match for roast chicken and turkey.
Snapper Rock is named after the founder’s secret fishing spot where you can relax, kick back and let the sound of nature wash over you. Crafting a range of affordable New Zealand wines that truly express their unique terroir and marine climate from two New Zealand wine producing regions; Marlborough and Hawke’s Bay.
