Producer Tasting Note:
A delicious, fruit forward Pinot Noir from the award winning Pask Winery. Fruit sourced from the Waihopai Valley. Garnet in colour with red cherry notes on the nose and hints of wild thyme. A vibrant palate of cherry, plum and red berry fruits combined with subtle oak notes. Medium bodied, displaying velvety soft tannins.
Food Match: Try pairing with light fish and seafood dishes or summer salads.
