Grapes: 85% Rara Neagra, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, unoaked.
Winemaker, Nicola Tucci allows the maceration and fermentation to take place in open oak vats for a period of 15 days. Maturation is done in stainless steel vats and battonage on yeast at the end. Maceration is done to ensure soft tannin extraction producing a balanced wine with a complex structure.
Colour: Red ruby. Bouquet: Red forest fruits. Taste: Medium to full bodied wine, well structured with soft tannins.
Food match: Soft to medium aged cheeses, grilled meat.
