Grape: 100% hand picked Corvina grapes from 25 year old vines grown in the foothills of Valpolicella. Unoaked.
Corvina is the queen of Veronese red grapes, typical of all the wines of Valpolicella and the surrounding area.
The colour is a bright, ruby red with garnet reflections. The bouquet is cherry and black cherry fruit with a spicy vanilla note. Soft and rounded on the palate, sweet, ripe tannins and a spicy finish.
Grilled and braised red meat will pair well with this Corvina wine.
