Producer Tasting Note:
A medium dry, buttery and smooth Chardonnay. A golden colour with a subtle oaky nose of coconut, peppermint leaves and fresh cream. The mouth is rich and very aromatic, with a persistent creaminess. Despite its roundness, the wine shows a surprising freshness.
Food Match: Great as an aperitif or with fish in a sauce, white meats, or cheeses such as Gruyère and Comté
