Lovely cherry/ruby-red colour. Nice fruit intensity on the nose with berry fruit character and hints of vanilla. Soft round palate, hints of black currants, with nice complexity, good structure whilst keeping approachable tannins, with excellent varietal character displaying this indigenous grapes varieties true character. A full flavoured easy-drinking classic of the Languedoc.
Ideal to pair with BBQ’s, poultry dishes, casseroles and medium flavoured cheeses.
