Grapes: A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tannat, Syrah and Malbec. Vinification using indigenous yeasts. Made by the "saignee" method. Lees ageing. Unoaked.
Martin and Mathieu Béraut manage the family estate, one of the oldest vineyards in Gers (400 years' old) where vines, cattle breeding and cereals coexist in perfect harmony and offer a rich and varied biodiversity.
A light and clear coral pink hue. An intense nose of raspberry, cranberry, poppy and violet. On the palate, bergamot, raspberry and white peach flavours intermingle giving a fresh, dry, rounded feel. A wine with natural balance, which reveals the complexity of Gascony.
To be enjoyed all year round as an aperitif with tapas, grilled marinated pork and mozzarella tomato salads.
