Mercier Brut Champagne
Grapes: A classic champagne blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Meunier.
With a pale straw colour this is a fruity style Champagne, with flavours of baked apple, pear and white blossom with a hint of freshly baked bread.
A fine example of the Mercier house style, this cuvée displays a fruity liveliness typical of the maison. It is an ideal choice for a spontaneous gathering with friends.
"Bright light golden colour. Fine toast on the nose with pine nuts, ripe citrus, stone fruit and some floral notes. Medium weight with a classic dosage, fresh backbone, harmonious in a classic profile with rounded creaminess, generous fruit and fine length."
