100% Chardonnay, unoaked.
A full bodied white wine, which has an expressive nose, with tropical notes of pineapple and melon, white peach, and a hint of almonds. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied with a well-balanced acidity and lingering finish.
It’s a well-liked aperitif and good for naturally oily and/or white meats: duck, pork, lamb, salmon; the simpler their cooking, the better. It’s ideal to serve with creamy pastas and the following cheeses: mild Cheddar, Gruyere, goat cheese, Parmesan and Provolone.
