Grape: 100% Chardonnay, unoaked.
The use of a slow pneumatic pressing at low pressure, a gentle final filtration produces a clear and bright dry white wine with aromas of white flowers, citrus and yellow fruits with rounded mouth and sweetness. Typical of its appellation, the white Mâcon-Villages has a good balance.
Serve as an aperitif or to accompany warm goat cheese salad, tomato mozzarella salad and pizza.
