Created jointly, by Damm’s master brewers, heirs to a most singular tradition and creators of some of Spains most renowned beers and by Ferran Adria, Juli Soler and the team of sommeliers at el Bulli. This exquisite beer was specifically created to be paired with food. Inedit is a unique coupage of barley malt & wheat with hop, coriander, orange peel, liquorice, yeast and water. With a high intensity and aromatic complexity. Its appearance is slightly cloudy. Fruity and floral to the nose, with yeasty sensation and sweet spices. Creamy and fresh texture, soft and delicate.
