“An expensive shackle (3 times the cost of a standard equivalent shackle), but the retaining arrangement did not quite work meaning the pin is still falls out. Not sure if this is a manufacturing fault with this individual shackle, the batch or a problem with the design. Force 4 Customer Service was Excellent. a replacement shackle was dispatched once the problem was reported”
