“The pole is strong, lightweight and easy to extend. It was well-packaged for delivery and meets my needs admirably. I am not a boater but needed a pole with hooks facing in two directions to help lower and raise my weather station, which is mounted at height on a swivelling pole, to avoid the use of a ladder.”

“I bought a boat hook which arrived on time. Unfortunately it was faulty. However, when reporting this it was dealt with efficeintly and with superb understanding. A replacement pole was delivered in days. Great service!”

“Great. Looks as it did in the on-line catalogue. Wanted a boat hook with a spike to grab a grass bank and be able to pass a rope up in locks. This does the job and feels sturdy.”
