Force 4 Chain Swivel - a simple galvinsed steel connector that allows two things to rotate independantly. Commonly used on mooring buoys to allow them to rotate as the tide turns. Made from galvanised steel the chain swivel is used when attaching chain to mooring buoys as well as a multitude of other uses. As a rough guide to maintain strength in a system the swivel diameter should be 4mm bigger than the chain diameter.
