5 step Safety Ladder, overall length 1.6m - Designed to get people in the water safely back on board, this ladder comes in a canvas bag with 2 loops to attach it to the boat and a grab handle for the person in the water to pull which opens the bag and the ladder unfolds instantly helping the the person to get back on board easily. Can also be used as a boarding ladder which neatly stows away in its own bag. The rungs are 19.5cm wide with a gap of 30cm between treads.

“First-rate ladder with deep plastic steps comfortable even with bare feet, Used two large stainless shackles to attach the unit to the toe rail on the stern quarter. the handle then hung down far enough to be grabbed by a swimmer in the water on this 28 foot sailing cruiser. Larger vessels with longer freeboard possibly require a line or loop tied to the handle which would be a simple fix.”
