The Feuerhand ''Baby Special 276' is made of galvanised steel, which is resistant to corrosion and therefore ideal for use onboard. They provide both a warm and interesting light and work well both on your boat and equally in your garden. Thanks to the heat-resistant glass, the flame is perfectly protected from wind and thus burns both quietly and evenly. Independent from batteries and electricity, the hurricane lantern is a reliable source of light that works with kerosene, paraffin oil or lamp oil (lamp oil is recommended for indoor use as it is very pure leading to reduced smoke/soot). Coloured versions such as our Dreadnought Grey and Brittania Blue are both zinc plated and then over-painted for further protection and a smart look.
