“I was disappointed with the product given that it cannot be handed. Before buying the product I emailed Force 4 asking that specific question, Could it be set up with the handrail either left-hand or right-handed I was told that this product could be set up either way, which is completely wrong. The handrail can only be set up on the left-hand side. Sadly my friend unpacked it and destroyed the packaging hence I could not return it to you. Somewhat disappointed in the product!”

“Delivered quickly and is exactly as described - relatively lightweight, good, solid and sturdy. Very minor point is that there are some sharp edges on the corners of the platform base. Note also that the socket supplied has a hole in the bottom and meant to attach to a drain point/skin fitting. I didn't need this as gangway fitted my existing boarding ladder sockets. Overall very happy.”
