“Unfortunately this spare seal does not fit the replacement Easy Deck Fill caps available on this website. The caps have a slight upward deflection at the end of their bayonets that prevent the seal from seating correctly. Attempting to use these seals with the original Easy Deck Fill cap that came with the boat resulted in it seating correctly, but was not waterproof.”

“I bought a red diesel filler cap for my boat from Force 4 (to replace a temporary blue one as the red one had been dropped overboard by the previous owner - the danger of course being that you could fill the diesel tank with water by mistake!). I was surprised and disappointed that the new red cap didn’t come with the essential rubber seal - you cannot use it without the seal, and using an old seal is not a good idea, so why isn’t the seal included with the cap? So I had to buy a seal separately, which seems crazy! Force 4 can you take this up with the manufacturer?”
