White Plastic Mushroom Vent in very hard UV resistant white plastic with nylon spindle. Twist the inner knob to raise or lower the vent lid, allowing you to control or cut-off the airflow through the vent. Cut-out diameter 108mm (4.25in) Top diameter 146mm (5.75in) Height above deck 30mm (1.18in) Add an optional vent liner (851089) for a neat installation through a headlining or deck.

“This was the first of four that I have bought to replace old and broken vents. Fortunately, I seem to have been replacing like for like so these are fitting well. On the downside the plastic is not a very bright white and is going to look odd when the roof is repainted.”

“Have bought loads of these over the years for our security kiosks. Usually totally fine but we have had ones where the dome easily comes away from the threaded insert. We rectify this in our workshop with some plastic pipe adhesive. Dread to think what would happen if this happened on-site or on a boat. Worth checking out before fitting.”

“Bought to replace older ones which had cracked. These might have to be modified to prevent complete closure in order to comply with BSS. I did this by putting a jubilee clip on the spindle.”
