A sturdy wooden boat hook, 2 metres long and featuring a smart heavy duty chromed brass hook. The 30mm diameter pole is varnished for durability and this boat hook feels very sturdy in the hand. Sturdy, varnished wooden pole Chromed brass boat hook head. Pole Diameter 30mm Finished length 200cm Please Note The hook is supplied detached from the pole - fixing screws are not included. The head has two 4mm holes, so a pack of our pre-pack self tapping pan head screws such as JHF335 (Sz.6/3.5mm x 3/4"/19mm) would work well. You will ideally need to drill a small pilot hole to aid installation.

“We purchased this boat hook to help remove plastic bags of waste from our local ditches, and it is a great length, and the hook is perfect. However, it bends a little, and we think it is made of reconstituted wood, rather than being a solid piece of wood.”

“1st shipment did not arrive, reported broken by the carrier. 2nd attempt arrived intact although the packaging was broken - wooden shaft in one part and brass head in the other.”

“Unfortunately the first delivery was damaged by the courier(?) and the actual hooks were missing leaving just the 2 poles. Force 4 were contacted and took very rapid action with 2 undamaged poles plus hooks delivered and the original poles picked up. Overall very good.”

“It's an authentic and functional boat hook, but I was surprised that I myself had to attach the hook to the pole. I'm not sure why it couldn't come as an integrated product. The website does say that they're separate, but I'm still not sure why they are.”
