“The wheel was the second I had Purchased from Force 4 in a couple of weeks. It came promptly, but not as fast as the first, which was almost instantaneous.
It came just before the horrendous storm and was put on the trolley satisfactorily: so I know it works, in that it goes on the trolley. But I have yet to put it in the water.”
