The box the knife arrived in was already open and as this was a gift to someone, delivering the item in that way is not acceptable. I would not order from this company again

The knife was a gift for a friend who lives on a narrowboat and he is delighted with it, my only concern was although we were kept informed by the courier regarding delivery the knife was put through the letterbox without getting a signature, yes really

The knife is as I knew it would be. It’s a quality product. It was a gift fir a friend. It had obviously been in stock on a shelf for some time. The package was grimy and dusty. The knife discoloured with a slight tarnish. It’s a shame whomever packed it failed to wipe the packaging and polish the knife. Attention to detail lacking at Force 4. A shame.
