The Air Freshener is very well designed for what it's objective is, to hide a camera. Siting it where you would expect to see an air freshener and job done. No problem connecting to wi-fi, vvery good picture quality although no so good at night therefore you rely more on motion sensor and alarm.

I could not connect the item to my wifi, it couldnt find it, then when i tried to use it some months later, the battery simply wouldn't charge

Hi Judith Rather than start with giving us a negative review would it not have been more reasonable to have contacted our support team so we can sort it out for you. If the WiFi is not showing it generally means that it is still set up to a router. You purchased this last November, if you have left it with a flat battery since then it may have damaged the battery. As this is still in warranty we can still go through it with you or if necessary replace the unit, all you need to do is give us a call or an e-mail. Regards Phil
Excellent Product, works as described and plenty of telephone tech support when I had a few problems, being a technophobe this was a great Help. Would recommend to anyone.

Your return policy is a nightmare, especially for someone who doesn't have a printer

Hello Sergio The return policy requires the customer to fill a returns form out which we provide over email to insert it into the parcel with the item they are returning. If customers don't have a printer we always recommend them popping a note inside the parcel with their details so we know who the parcel belongs to. Regards Eyetek Support Team
It is great to have a gadget like it, I am often out and I feel a bit more relaxed with the Air freshener surveillance.
