Hi rather than leaving a bad review all you need to do is contact us and you know we will resolve any problems you are having as we pride ourselves on our customer service The problem is most likely with the SIM card. Regarding the one, you purchased last year just give us a call on 01332280887 as we offer a 12-month warranty with all of our equipment.
